1. Cancellation Notice:

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you may be charged the full session fee.

    • To cancel or reschedule, please call our office during business hours or leave a voicemail if calling after hours. You can also use our online booking system to manage your appointments.
  6. Refunds:
    • Cancellation fees are non-refundable but may be waived or reduced at our discretion in case of exceptional circumstances.
  7. Repeat Offenders:
    • Clients with a pattern of frequent cancellations or no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
  8. Policy Changes:
    • We reserve the right to update or modify our cancellation policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
